Free for your whole team
An email attachment goes quiet once it is sent. DocSend tracks PDFs and slides from $30 per user a month, and its spreadsheets are download only. ArtifactSend tracks all of these files for free, and a spreadsheet opens in the browser.
What your team pays in a year
DocSend Standard is $30 per user a month. Papermark Business is $67 a month for 3 members, then $22 for each extra member, from its euro prices at about $1.14 per euro. Both are billed yearly, from their pricing pages, October 2026. On ArtifactSend, only AI features cost money, by use.
Questions
Which files work?
PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt, .odp), Word (.docx, .doc, .odt, .rtf), Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .ods, .csv), PDF and images. Each file can be up to 10 MB, and a PDF up to 400 pages.
Can investors download the file?
Only if you allow it. Downloads are off by default. When you turn them on, each download is recorded.
Does the spreadsheet keep its formulas?
Readers see each sheet as a table, with values as Excel shows them and a tab per sheet. Turn on downloads if they need the working file.
Can Claude send the file for me?
Yes. With the connector, Claude sends the file and returns the link. Sending is free.
