When Pitchwise is the better pick
- You want readers to book a call with you from the link.
- You share one deck at a time and the free plan covers it.
- You like a focused tool for fundraising decks only.
When ArtifactSend is the better pick
- You send a different link to each investor and want each one tracked.
- You need email verification, expiry or a data room without paying.
- Your team has more than one person.
- You share HTML pages or Claude artifacts as well as decks.
What ArtifactSend does not do yet
- eSignatures. DocSend includes them on paid plans, and Peony gives 3 a month free.
- Video with analytics. Most rivals track video on paid plans.
- Your own domain. Links on your domain instead of artifactsend.com.
- Password, download and screenshot controls. Today the email code, the watermark and the expiry cover most of this.
- Per-folder access and a Q and A thread in data rooms. Today a room has one door, and each person can get their own link.
- Slack, CRM and Zapier. Today Claude and ChatGPT read your reports through the MCP.
