# Ask AI who read your documents and what they cared about

> ArtifactSend Insights answers plain questions about everyone who read your documents, such as which companies read the pricing page, where readers stop, or who came back this week. It opens at 20 readers. The first 3 questions are free, then each is $0.10, and reader names never go to the AI model.

## The short answer

Per-document charts answer one question at a time, for one file. Insights answers across all of them, in words, with the numbers to back each point and a practical next step.

## Questions it answers well

- Which companies are reading the most, and is anyone sharing it inside their team?
- Which parts of my deck do readers spend the most time on?
- Where do readers stop reading my proposal?
- Who came back more than once, and what did they reread?
- Which of my documents works best, and why?
- How do readers who use ChatGPT or Claude to read differ from the rest?

Every answer starts with one sentence that answers the question, then the evidence by reader or section, then one suggestion.

## What it knows about each reader

Insights works from what ArtifactSend records for you. That is each reader's company from their work email, where they are from their time zone, their device, which documents they opened, time on each page or section, how far they got, return visits, copied text, clicked links, and questions they asked the document.

It does not look people up elsewhere. It knows a reader's firm, not their job title.

## Private by design

The AI model never sees a reader's name or email. Readers go to it as R1, R2 and so on, with only their company domain and how they read. The answer comes back with those aliases, and we put the names back on our own servers before you see it. Your questions and answers are not used to train any model.

## Why it opens at 20 readers

Patterns from five readers are guesses. At 20, the answers start to hold. Until then the Analytics page shows every reader by name, ranked for follow-up, with no AI needed.

## What it costs

The first 3 questions in each space are free. Then each question is $0.10 from your credits. A question that fails costs nothing.
